Aircard Support CD

For any District Managers, Store Managers, or Sales Reps. Who have access to an Internet connection and a CD Burner.

This CD will have all the files needed to support most technical issues you may run into.

This CD will support

Sprint:
Pantech PX-500 (Windows XP/Windows Vista)
Novatel U720 (Windows XP/Windows Vista)
Novatel EX720 (Windows XP/Windows Vista)

Cingular
Sierra 860 (Windows XP/Windows Vista)
Sierra 875 (Windows XP/Windows Vista)

The first step is to collect the necessary files for the CD

The Next step is to burn the CD containing the files you just downloaded.
Place the files on the CD in the directory setup shown below.
